Deputation Update

December 11, 2008

Dear Friends and Family,

These past two weeks were enjoying and refreshing as we spent some time at home for Thanksgiving! We were blessed to spend Thanksgiving day with all of Jeremy's immediate family and spend a couple services at our home church in North Carolina. We have much to be thankful for as we look back over the blessings of God this past year. We are also excited to announce that we are expecting our third child around the beginning of August. What a joy to have another precious gift from God to train for His service! Truly children are an heritage of the LORD and the fruit of the womb is His reward!

After our time at home we drove to Hagerstown, MD for a meeting at the Emmanuel Baptist Tabernacle. We had an excellent meeting and enjoyed yet another opportunity to share our burden for Brazil. We pray the Lord will use many of these meetings to encourage others to go and be laborers in God's harvest field! We are rejoicing in the goodness of God as we just heard word from Brazil of two more who have trusted in Christ! We long to be in Brazil and ask that you pray God will help us to raise the remainder of our support quickly! Thank you all for your faithful prayers and support.
